Norte Youth Cycling Expands Staff in Elk Rapids Traverse City/Elk Rapids: Norte Youth Cycling today announced that Megan Day has joined Norte as Community Liaison, Elk Rapids, effective May 20th. Megan is a lifelong resident of Northern Michigan.
